About The Position

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

At least six (6) months work experience within the last 12 months (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 6 months).
A minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance with a strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting background documented in the work history section of the application/resume.
Must be able to read & understand assignments.
Must be able to communicate orally & in writing.
Basic knowledge of math.
Able to use various electrical & pneumatic power tools & equipment.
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets.
Welding, cutting, electrical repair and troubleshooting.
Removing and replacing motor shafts, couplings, pumps, augers, water pipes, valves, lines, & systems.
Reading and understanding assignments.
Communicating orally and in writing.
Using various electrical & pneumatic power tools & equipment.
Reading drawings & schematics of hydraulic & basic electrical systems.
