About The Position

Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment under training and supervision. Assist with rebuilding equipment as needed. Conduct facility repairs within assigned areas. Make machine adjustments during production and repair equipment after mechanical failures. Learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with appropriate personnel. Participate in shift and/or department rotations as needed. Follow all company safety regulations and procedures. Train and progress through the Maintenance Skills Training Program.

Requirements

  • 3 months mechanical experience or enrolled or completed an automative/mechanical degree or training.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to train in and perform maintenance and operation of high-tech machinery.
  • Must pass Level 1 of the Maintenance Skills Training Program (written and hands-on) within 30 days.
  • Must pass Levels 2–4 within 14 months.

Nice To Haves

  • Industrial maintenance knowledge.
  • Electrical maintenance knowledge.
  • Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Welding and fabrication experience.
  • Current Maintenance Department team members (including Maintenance Training).
  • Machine Operators, including: Pacmac (CFS) Operators, Breader/Batter Operators, Oven Operators, Grinder Operators.
