Requirements

Must be at least 23 years old (insurance requirement).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Ability to use hand tools and equipment effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Install, replace, and repair signage related to towing and parking regulations on client properties, ensuring proper positioning, secure mounting, and clear visibility.
Inspect and maintain existing lettering on parking spaces at client properties, applying and refreshing lettering and wording using stencils.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding scheduled maintenance, observed issues, or recommendations, and address client inquiries and concerns.
Operate and maintain various tools and equipment for painting and signage tasks, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Work closely with other team members, supervisors, and support staff to coordinate tasks and ensure timely project completion.
Participate in training and development opportunities.
