Perform minor preventative maintenance on machinery to support efficient operations. Assist with maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and shop equipment. Install lights, shelving, workstations, and other facility-related items as needed. Maintain accurate forklift logs and support safe equipment operation. Obtain forklift certification and operate equipment safely when required. Move furniture, equipment, and materials as needed across the facility. Ensure work areas and shop floors are clean, organized, and in proper working condition. Follow all procedures in accordance with documentation, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental) policies, and quality standards. Perform additional maintenance tasks and special projects as assigned by management. The Maintenance Technician I must prioritize personal safety and the safety of others at all times. Work is performed primarily in a shop or industrial environment and may involve physical labor, including lifting, standing, and operating tools or equipment for extended periods. Occasional exposure to machinery and facility systems is expected.
