About The Position

Keystone Industries is seeking a skilled Maintenance & Facilities Technician to support our manufacturing operations and facility infrastructure. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and improving production equipment, facility systems, and supporting infrastructure within a regulated dental manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities and experience working with a variety of industrial systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, refrigeration, HVAC, and automated control systems. This individual will play a key role in maximizing equipment uptime, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and ensuring a safe and efficient manufacturing operation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of machinery in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with the repair and maintenance of various manufacturing equipment.
• Experience working with one or more of the following: Mechanical systems, Electrical systems, Hydraulic systems, Pneumatic systems, Refrigeration equipment, Controls and automation systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more course credits, certifications, or technical training in a maintenance-related discipline, including: Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Refrigeration, Controls/Automation, Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics.
• Complies with all safety regulation; maintains a safe work environment at all times.
• Adheres to always wearing the proper PPE/Safety equipment.
• Understands and complies with all written safety, health, and environmental procedures.
• Attends all required scheduled Health, Safety, and Environmental training sessions.
• Participates in required Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives and programs.
• Performs required administrative functions related to Health, Safety, and Environmental functions such as completing forms, checklists, and log sheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment in all areas of the plant.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing machinery, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed while ensuring products meet appropriate quality standards.
• Document and complete preventative equipment maintenance programs.
• Maintain safe working practices during all equipment maintenance functions.
• Perform tasks and projects as assigned by the Maintenance & Facility Manager.
• Assist in other areas within the Keystone facility as needed.
• Support facility systems and infrastructure to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
