Patterson Auto Group is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance & Facilities Technician to support dealership facilities within the Tustin Auto Center. Requirements

General maintenance, facilities, construction, mechanical, or handyman experience preferred.
Mechanically inclined with practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Dependable, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, workplace safety, and compliance.
Takes pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, functional, and operating smoothly.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with HVAC and air-conditioning systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work between Tustin Mazda, Tustin Kia, and Tustin Hyundai within the Tustin Auto Center.
Perform general maintenance and minor repairs throughout dealership facilities.
Inspect machinery and equipment to help ensure it is operating properly and safely.
Perform routine inspections of air-conditioning and HVAC systems and identify potential service or repair needs.
Conduct regular walkthroughs of service departments and other facility areas.
Help ensure service departments are clean, organized, safe, and presentable on a daily basis.
Identify maintenance needs and complete general handyman projects as appropriate.
Monitor facility-related safety and compliance items and help ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
Assist with preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and avoid larger facility issues.
Identify repairs that require a specialized vendor or contractor and communicate those needs to management.
