About The Position

Responsible for specified preventive maintenance duties on physical infrastructure and grounds for DSB Technologies as well as providing general maintenance support. This role involves performing routine preventive maintenance on equipment linked to facility infrastructure such as HVAC units, air compressors, water treatment systems, cooling towers, and facility lighting. The position also includes assisting the plant engineer with special projects, coordinating waste removal with outside vendors, and maintaining inventory of facility infrastructure-related items. Individuals operating a vehicle for work will adhere to the Fleet Safety Program. The role requires supporting and promoting continuous improvement goals and the values of DSB Technologies, including adherence to Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems. Other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous fork lift experience
• Ability to maintain fork lift certification.
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
• Previous mechanical experience.
• Ability to work from ladders and platforms.
• Working knowledge of shop tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• General operational knowledge of cleaning equipment such as vacuums and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance functions on equipment linked to the facility infrastructure (HVAC units, air compressors, water treatment systems, cooling towers, facility lighting).
• Assists plant engineer with special projects as assigned.
• Coordinate removal of waste from premises by interacting with outside vendors.
• Maintain inventory and stock replacement of items related to the facility infrastructure.
• Support, promote, and perform in a manner consistent with continuous improvement goals and the values of DSB Technologies which includes following the policies, procedures, and requirements of our Quality Management and IS0 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
• All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
