Maintenance Engineer
About The Position
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment, monitoring its performance, and maintaining effective communication with the production team. The Maintenance Engineer will troubleshoot and repair unplanned downtime of machinery and robots, aiming to keep the factory's overall operational time rate above 98%. This includes implementing preventive maintenance plans such as lubrication, parts replacement, and checking electrical connections, sensors, cylinders, bearings, conveyors, motors, and air/vacuum lines. The role also involves managing spare parts inventory, controlling maintenance costs, recycling overdue machinery to save costs, and participating in new program debugging and technical improvements.
Requirements
- Associates’ degree in Mechatronics or a closely related field or foreign equivalent
- Three years’ industry equipment maintenance experience
- Experience with robots
- Experience with PLC
- Experience with CNC products
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth running of production equipment

- Maintain normal operation of the whole factory time rate more than 98%
- Implement preventive maintenance plan of equipment (lubricating, parts replacement, check sensor electric connection, cylinder, bearing, conveyer, motor, air/vacuum line and welsh, fitter conditions)
- Control spare parts purchase and maintenance cost
- Recycle overdue machines and save unnecessary costs
- New program debugging and technical improvement
