About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Engineer to join their team at The Ridge property. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance trade functions, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, HVAC systems, painting, wall repair, tile work, and managing the preventative maintenance program. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to grow and learn within a world-class property.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience working in a Maintenance role
Knowledge of "household" repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
Available to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout duration of shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have a black seal license or currently in school for it.

Responsibilities

Performs general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Performs general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures, and motors.
Makes repairs on plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
Makes repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and windows, carpeting, etc.
Performs general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment.
Keeps records as required by company policy and procedures.
Maintains logs on completed tasks.
