About The Position

Responsible for providing comprehensive electrical maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and operational support for facility infrastructure, building systems, and equipment. Ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical distribution equipment, emergency power systems, and other critical facility assets.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or a two-year degree from a technical college related to a Building Infrastructure System maintenance program, or completion of a one-year trade-specific program.
• Four years of military experience in a related field may be considered in lieu of the educational experience requirements.
• Experience working with computers and various building control systems.
• A Registered Unlicensed Electrician card is required or must be achievable within six months.
• The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or transfer; Mayo Clinic does not participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.

• Electrical license is helpful.
