About The Position

Join WK Kellogg Co at our state-of-the-art facility in Lancaster, PA, as a Maintenance Electrician. This role is crucial for maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production and facility systems, including automation controls and other electrical components. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Food Safety, and Environmental Health and Safety personnel to keep the plant running smoothly. This is a 3rd shift (11pm – 7am) position.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, schematics, power controls, instrumentation, and automation systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
SAP or ERP maintenance system knowledge.
Meet state/province/territory licensing requirements.

Nice To Haves

Technical certification or associate degree in electrical or industrial maintenance.
AutoCAD and SAP experience highly preferred.
Experience with electrical maintenance for burners and/or ovens.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems (66KV, 13.2KV, 480V).
Install, calibrate, and test electrical infrastructure and control systems.
Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, HVAC systems, robots, and automation controls.
Conduct root cause analysis and document findings.
Interpret electrical schematics and ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and quality protocols.
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with management and operators.
