About The Position
MOR PPM, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a full-time position located in Bennettsville, SC. The role involves performing daily preventative maintenance (PMs), assisting with Capital projects, running conduit, troubleshooting, and terminating electrical components. This position is with a leading industrial mechanical, electrical, and civil construction services provider for various industries including fossil and nuclear power, pulp and paper, chemical, mining, and general manufacturing, offering a full range of industrial facilities maintenance and process maintenance services.
Requirements
- At least three-years experience as an industrial maintenance electrician
- Ability to operate all sizes of man lifts (will be certified on site)
- Interpersonal skills such as oral, verbal and written communication and reasoning is required.
Nice To Haves
- Electrical license and/or NCCER training are a plus
- CPR and ARC flash certification will be provided
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance electrical work mill wide
- Read and understand wiring schematics
- Troubleshoot faulted circuits and equipment
- Run conduit of all types and sizes
- Terminate motors, panels, etc.
- Follow daily instructions and work orders assigned
