About The Position
Glen Park at Valley Village is looking for a full-time Maintenance/Driver. This role involves inspecting different equipment and performing basic repairs or preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment, and is passionate about teamwork and creating a warm environment for seniors. The position requires a good driving record and the ability to pass a Live Scan background clearance and provide a negative TB test.
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance
- Highly skilled with various hand and power tools
- Live-Scan Fingerprint Clearance
- CPR/First Aide Certificate
- Negative TB Test and Health Screening
- Good driving record
Responsibilities
- Inspect different equipment and perform basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required.
- Perform plumbing work, painting, flooring repair, and upkeep.
