About The Position
Receives/logs maintenance calls and requests, assigns work, inputs data, files, prepares reports, develops schedules, and controls inventory access.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of computer operations/programs
- Good working knowledge of filing systems
- Good working knowledge of report procedures
- Computer literate
- Efficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word or related software, such as Maximo
- Effective communication skills
- Effective telephone skills
- Strong organizational skills
