About The Position

Restaurant Brands International Inc. This role is crucial in ensuring the operational efficiency of restaurants by managing maintenance requests and coordinating repair services.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant/retail/customer service experience required.
  • Strong experience working with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to perform all related tasks accurately and in detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and without direct supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and handles maintenance requests from RBI Operations.
  • Creates service tickets in the R&M database and dispatches service technicians or third-party contractors.
  • Updates the R&M database and follows up on repair completion.
  • Enters data for warranty terms for site-specific equipment replacement.
  • Reviews dispatches for previous warranty work to identify redundancies.
  • Acts as a facilitator between site maintenance issues and service technicians/contractors.
  • Reviews daily exceptions reports with the Maintenance Supervisor to resolve non-common dispatches.
  • Confers with the Maintenance Supervisor and/or customers to resolve problems and service requests.
  • Logs all service calls, maintenance calls, and work order requests.
  • Maintains files for specific, standing work orders and related information.
  • Assists in compiling weekly reports on service technician and contractor dispatch status (open and closed).
  • Logs and monitors service technician dispatches, including travel, mileage, and labor.
  • Captures bulk inventory used by service technicians for site-specific repairs and consigned inventory.
  • Prepares daily work schedules for service technicians as requested by District Managers.
  • Interacts and follows up with vendors for supplies and materials needed for repairs.
  • Communicates with other stakeholders as required.
  • Works with the Maintenance Supervisor to solicit and submit region-specific third-party contractors.
  • Manages quarterly preventative maintenance dispatching and completion by service technicians.
