About The Position

The Maintenance Dispatcher efficiently dispatches calls to and from technicians throughout the property. The role also handles basic office duties for the engineering department, receives and stores inventory according to standards, maintains property inventory records, maintains the shift communication log, and coordinates incoming and outgoing inventory.

Requirements

• Basic office skills.
• Basic PC skills.
• Communication skills.
• Experience with a multi-phone-line system.
• Radio dispatch skills.
