Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping throughout the resort to maintain consistent cleanliness.
• Dust and polish furniture, counters, mirrors, and fixtures; wash floors, windows, counters, walls, and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub, and mop floors; clean and vacuum carpets; and replenish paper products in restrooms and locker rooms.
• Pick up debris, empty containers, and transport materials to disposal and recycling areas.
• Take precautions to protect hotel and guest property and report damage, theft, and found items to supervisors.
• Respond promptly and completely to guest inquiries and concerns to maintain positive relationships with guests, owners, and associates.
