About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Maintenance Director to supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department. This role ensures environmental center compliance with all relevant regulations and codes. The Maintenance Director is responsible for maintaining the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition, ensuring it is in good repair and free from hazards related to electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. Additionally, this position oversees the provision of quality laundry services.

Requirements

Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
Minimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience required.
Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
