About The Position
Ignite Medical Resort South Charlotte is hiring a Maintenance Director/Director of Environmental Services with SNF Regulatory experience. Ignite Medical Resorts is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation resort that combines luxury, amenities, and high-quality care for a superior rehabilitation experience. The Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services plays a vital role in resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. We are looking for a skilled individual to join our compassionate and hospitable care-giving team. This role administers and directs the environmental services program to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment, procure utilities, and ensure safe and efficient operations. The position involves attending staff meetings, interpreting policies for environmental staff, and potentially directing safety, fire control, security, and civil-defense programs, as well as participating in infection control programs.
Requirements
- Experience in a job related field
- Manager experience minimum 1 year
- Clean background check and clean drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States of America
- SNF Regulatory experience required
Responsibilities
- Administers and directs environmental services program to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Procures or generates all utilities and their distribution systems.
- Coordinates environmental services activities with other departments to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Attends staff meetings to ascertain facility policies, assists in their development, and interprets these policies to environmental staff members.
- May direct safety, fire control, security and civil-defense programs.
- Participates in facility infection control programs.
