About The Position

At Azura Living, we are transforming the culture of care and we need a passionate, hands-on Maintenance Director to protect our residents and team while creating a space everyone loves calling home. You will report directly to the Executive Director and oversee both day-to-day maintenance and long-term facility upkeep.
Requirements
- Two plus years hands-on facilities maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours
Nice To Haves
- Bonus certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
Responsibilities
- Hands-on daily work including repairs, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, snow removal, and safety upgrades
- Lead and support the housekeeping team
- Manage vendors and ensure quality, timely completion of work
- Use your carpentry, painting, and technical skills to maintain a safe, welcoming environment
- Make a direct, visible impact on residents' safety and comfort every day
