About The Position
The Maintenance Director is a working supervisor responsible for the overall safety, appearance, and maintenance of the facility in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local requirements. The role completes maintenance services and activities using the TELS maintenance program, inspects storage rooms, workrooms, and utility/janitorial closets for upkeep and safety controls, and ensures monthly safety committee meetings are held with complete and accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Five years of experience in maintenance.
- One year of experience in a skilled nursing healthcare setting is preferred.
- Ability to serve as a working supervisor.
