About The Position
Sterling Hills Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing. The role assists the Director of Nursing in supervising nursing care provided by nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible. The position calls for nursing management experience in a skilled nursing facility and demonstrated clinical systems management skills.
Requirements
- An RN or LPN/LVN license is required.
- At least 2 years of experience as a nursing manager in a skilled nursing facility with a positive survey history.
- Demonstrated skills in clinical systems management.
