The primary purpose of this job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner. This role involves ensuring maintenance schedules are followed, developing policies and procedures, coordinating with other departments, and managing the department's budget and expenditures. The position also requires a strong focus on safety, infection control, and compliance with regulations.
