About The Position
Elk River Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Director to join their growing team. At Elk River Senior Living, they are redefining senior living in Little Canada, MN. They help seniors Age Magnificently in their gorgeous, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The Maintenance Director becomes family and impacts the lives of residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, the individual will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment.

Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in health care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.
- Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy.
- Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.
- Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.
- Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.
- Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.
