Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- At least 4 years of prior experience in a similar maintenance position
- Physical ability to perform manual work
- 18 years of age or older
Responsibilities
- Perform all daily maintenance tasks directly, including preventative maintenance, routine repairs, troubleshooting, and facility upkeep
- Independently provide long-term facility improvement with hands on maintenance support across the facility
- Ensure compliance with all safety codes, state regulations, and company policies
- Maintain and monitor all building systems—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, emergency systems, and grounds
- Respond to after-hours emergencies, and contribute to long-term facility improvement and renovation planning
