Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date.
Experience with customer support/engine maintenance/task development
Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Nice To Haves

Experience communicating technical information in both written and verbal formats
Experience in commercial aircraft engine overhaul and maintenance operations
Experience working with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) documentation, technical publications, and FAA/TCCA regulatory requirements
Experience managing multiple priorities and collaborating across cross‑functional engineering teams
Experience producing accurate, high-quality maintenance documentation and technical publications
Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple maintenance data projects by tracking development schedules, communicating status updates, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical publications and customer support.
