Under the direction of the Superintendent of Maintenance, the Maintenance Data Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are properly serviced; running reports for IDOT inspections, radio and farebox repairs, interior cleaning, PM inspections, and special projects. Essential functions include: Accurately filling and maintaining all maintenance records utilizing the EAM system. Administering tire tracking system and monitoring all fluid consumption; Tracking and maintaining Maintenance employee attendance, vacation, and holiday records; Providing switchboard relief and backup for payroll. Performing administrative functions including typing correspondence, filing, and scheduling, and all other duties as assigned or required.
