About The Position
Nailor Industries, Inc. is known for our industry leading customer focused approach to providing innovative commercial and industrial HVAC products. Nailor manufactures a unique and comprehensive line of products including Air Control & Distribution products, VAV Terminal Units, Green Building products, Fan Coil Units, Electric Duct Heaters, Sound Attenuators, Air Handling Units, and Filter Housings. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Custodian to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout our manufacturing facility, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for all employees.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in a manufacturing environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a custodian or maintenance role preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
- Ensure all work areas, restrooms, and common spaces are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Support the manufacturing team by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
