Associa is seeking a reliable Maintenance Custodian to join their team in Panama City Beach, FL. This role is responsible for the upkeep and functionality of managed residential properties, ensuring a safe and well-maintained living environment for residents. Requirements

Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and clients
Knowledge of general maintenance cleaning procedures, (power washer, windows, screens, floors, carpeting, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.
Ability to safely operate, climb and perform work on ladders (1-2 stories) – 24-28ft.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds on a frequent basis.
3 -- 5 years of directly related or closely related experience

Responsibilities

Perform routine upkeep and cleaning of facilities to ensure that the appearance and condition of buildings do not deteriorate.
Perform maintenance cleaning at communal facilities only to ensure that the community buildings are properly maintained.
Clean and building fixtures windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters and drains.
Operate and perform routine maintenance cleanings and upkeep as needed.
