About The Position
Premiere association Management Company is looking for a dependable person to perform custodial and maintenance duties. Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather. This is a full-time position schedule being Sunday 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday + Tuesday 2:00pm-10:30pm, Wednesday + Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm.
Requirements
- Must be dependable
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be an independent worker
- Weekends required
- Must pass background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, taking out the trash, cleaning bathrooms and elevators, etc.
- Painting
- Other duties as assigned by manager
