We are actively seeking a Maintenance Custodian to join our team located in Dedham, MA. This is a temp-to-perm position.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to do basic math.
• Has good organizational skills.
• Requires attention to details and ability to work independently
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must be able to lift and carry up to >70 lbs.
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleanliness of AliMed buildings.
• Normal maintenance of office spaces, bathrooms, conference rooms and common areas.
• Assists with and performs semi-skilled tasks of a general nature in connection with maintenance, repair and construction tasks in the upkeep of buildings, equipment and grounds
• Inspect properties and communicate with management regarding proper grounds keeping and general cleanup and maintenance
• Perform general grounds keeping on an as needed basis.
• Snow and ice removal with shovels, snow blowers, and a snowplow equipped vehicle in season
• Prepares requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning.
• Other maintenance tasks as assigned.
