About The Position

This position assists in performing a variety of routine custodial and general maintenance duties at a multifamily residential property. Key responsibilities include heavy cleaning, trash and snow removal, and basic maintenance tasks. The specialist is also responsible for reporting any necessary repairs to the maintenance supervisor to ensure the property meets regulated standards.

Requirements

High school diploma / GED.
Computer and smart phone literacy required.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for all work-related responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

Less than 1 Year of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-unit Residential Property.
Multilingual skills.

Responsibilities

Performs duties to maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of a property, which may include shampooing carpets, pressure washing surfaces, snow removal, and trash disposal and removal.
Performs basic maintenance functions under the guidance of the maintenance supervisor, including replacing light bulbs and air filters, caulking, pool maintenance, lock repair, and other duties using hand tools.
Notifies management of areas of the property that need repairs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
