About The Position

Seeking a full-time employee to perform various maintenance tasks and custodial duties. This role involves handling smaller odd jobs, facility maintenance, lawn mowing, and assisting with cleaning when needed. The primary cleaning crew is in place, so this role will focus on addressing missed items or issues that arise during operating hours. Typical maintenance tasks include replacing lights and fixtures, and performing smaller plumbing jobs. The standard work week is 40 hours, generally from 6 am to 3 pm, allowing for a facility overview before opening.

Requirements

• Ability to perform general maintenance tasks.
• Experience with smaller plumbing jobs.

• Ability to perform lawn mowing.
• Willingness to assist with cleaning duties.
