About The Position
Looking for a full-time employee to perform various maintenance tasks and custodial duties. This role involves handling smaller odd jobs, facility maintenance, lawn mowing, and assisting with cleaning when needed. The primary cleaning crew is in place, so this role will focus on addressing missed spots or issues that arise during the day. Typical maintenance tasks include replacing lights and fixtures, and performing smaller plumbing jobs. The standard work hours are 6 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, allowing for a thorough inspection of the facility before opening.
Requirements
- Ability to perform general maintenance tasks.
- Experience with lawn mowing.
- Basic plumbing skills.
- Ability to replace lights and fixtures.
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
- Must be available to work from 6 AM to 3 PM.
