About The Position

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our maintenance team. You’ll manage work orders, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure smooth communication with clients and tenants. This role keeps our properties running efficiently and ensures tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite proficiency)
Ability to pass a background check.
Smartphone for internal communication.
2+ years of experience in maintenance coordination, project management, or a similar role.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite proficiency preferred).
Physical requirements include sitting for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Mechanical aptitude willing ot learn about of maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and ither systems.
Familiarity with maintenance software, especially Rent Manager.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite proficiency).

Responsibilities

Enter, organize, and assign tasks to the maintenance team and subcontractors.
Research pricing, assign tasks, and track subcontractor work for timely project completion.
Provide prompt and professional updates to clients regarding maintenance issues and solutions.
Help with fieldwork by attending inspections and documenting maintenance needs.
Close out completed tasks, document solutions, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Balance office and fieldwork to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
