About The Position

Established property management company seeking a full-time Office Assistant/Maintenance Coordinator to support multiple Property Managers across multifamily and commercial properties. This is an in-office position. No remote or hybrid work. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term career in property management and is willing to learn the business from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and follow through
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel
  • Must possess reliable transportation
  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish

Nice To Haves

  • Real estate or property management experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist Property Managers with daily operations
  • Respond to tenant emails and phone calls
  • Enter and track maintenance work orders
  • Coordinate vendors and schedule repairs
  • Maintain organized digital and physical property files
  • Assist with lease renewals and documentation
  • Prepare basic reports and administrative paperwork
  • General office support as needed
