COHO Management Services Society is a non-profit property management company dedicated to supporting housing co-operatives across British Columbia. Since its founding in 1984 by the Co-operative Housing Federation of BC (CHF BC), COHO has been committed to supporting housing co-operatives through tailored, community first management services. Our services are tailored to support in administration, governance, financial services and property management and maintenance. With a deep understanding of the unique needs of co-op living, we help housing co-operatives operate efficiently, remain financially sustainable and foster vibrant and inclusive communities. As a Maintenance Coordinator at COHO Management, you’ll be the backbone of our maintenance operations, ensuring housing co-operatives receive timely and efficient service. You will be providing flexible, effective, and tailored property maintenance solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.
