Requirements

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • 2+ years of experience supervising maintenance teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Experience with purchasing, vendor management, and obtaining quotes for parts and services.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and scheduling workforce activities.
  • Strong commitment to safety, security, and compliance with workplace policies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and team-development skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with all safety policies and procedures to protect employees and company assets.
  • Oversees preventive maintenance programs to keep production equipment, utilities, and facilities operating efficiently.
  • Supports the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving equipment and system issues.
  • Partners with facility management to improve safety, product quality, equipment reliability, and operational effectiveness.
  • Supervises all site maintenance activities and capital improvement projects.
  • Uses SAP to manage assets and optimize preventive maintenance scheduling.
  • Implements corrective actions identified by production and maintenance teams to maximize equipment performance.
  • Maintains knowledge of current industry regulations, codes, and best practices related to mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ensures adherence to corporate policies, standards, and procedures for maintenance operations and capital projects.
  • Leads and develops maintenance personnel, including workforce planning, performance management, vendor coordination, and contractor oversight.
