About The Position

Join our team and help keep our park clean, safe, and inviting for all guests! From shining up fixtures to maintaining walkways and setting up event spaces, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment. First shift begins at 4:00 am and ends at 12:30 pm.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and a background check.
  • Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to tolerate an outdoor environment; cold and hot temperatures.
  • Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Math Ability: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

Responsibilities

  • Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, other surfaces, and trim.
  • Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways and other work areas.
  • Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor.
  • Washes walls, ceiling, windows, and woodwork.
  • Empties trashcans, and empties and cleans ashtrays. Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
  • Operates leaf blowing machinery and washes streets.
  • Maintains inventory of supplies needed.
  • Accurately record material transfers.
  • Cuts and trims grass, and shovels snow.
  • Operates small equipment, tools, carts and company vehicles.
  • Transports small equipment or tools between jobs.
  • Sets up tables and chairs in auditorium or hall
