About The Position

Instead of taking on massive trade school debt, get paid $19–$21/hour to learn construction, renovation, and property maintenance from the ground up. We provide the training, the tools, the team, and even a steep discount on a luxury apartment with free utilities. This is hands-on and fast-paced work. You will lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. You will be using hand and power tools daily. You will be traveling between local or long-distance locations. This apprenticeship allows you to unlock multiple skills at once. Working alongside seasoned pros across luxury apartment communities, you will learn demo & prep, interior craft (drywall patching, painting, installing fixtures, cabinets, and flooring), finishing touches, and exterior & grounds work (power washing, landscaping, building upkeep).

• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to use hand and power tools daily.
• Willingness to travel between local or long-distance locations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Dependable transportation for local property travel.
• Basic familiarity with using a tape measure, hammer, and screwdriver.
• Comfortable being on ladders and with heights.

Nice To Haves

• Bringing your own tools is a plus.
• 0–2 years in landscaping, construction, or general labor.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Learn construction, renovation, and property maintenance.
• Tear out old materials, appliances, and fixtures.
• Perform drywall patching.
• Perform interior painting.
• Install light fixtures, cabinets, and flooring.
• Complete detail work on units.
• Perform power washing.
• Complete seasonal repair projects.
• Perform landscaping.
• Perform building exterior upkeep.
