About The Position

It is hands-on and fast-paced work. You will lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. You will be using hand and power tools daily. Working alongside seasoned pros across luxury apartment communities, you will learn: Demo & Prep: Safely tearing out old materials, appliances, and fixtures. Interior Craft: Mastering professional drywall patching, high-speed interior painting, and installing modern light fixtures, cabinets, and LVP flooring. Finishing Touches: Detail work ("punch list" items) that takes a unit from rough to high-end luxury. Exterior & Grounds: Power washing, seasonal repair projects, landscaping, and building exterior upkeep.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and pride in doing good work
• Reliability
• A valid driver's license
• Dependable transportation for local property travel
• Basic familiarity with using a tape measure, hammer, and screwdriver
• Comfort being on ladders and with heights

Nice To Haves

• 0–2 years in landscaping, construction, or general labor
• High school diploma or GED
• Bringing your own tools
