As our Maintenance Clerk, you'll keep our maintenance department running smoothly by managing work orders, tracking preventive maintenance schedules, and maintaining accurate records across our fleet management systems. This role is built for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and ready to support our maintenance managers in keeping our trucks on the road.

Proven ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

Enter data from completed work orders into the fleet management program
Maintain work pending files
Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules with assistance from maintenance managers
Create and issue work orders with assistance from maintenance managers
Maintain fuel reports
Maintain computerized parts inventory
Locate or assist in locating materials required by employees and contractors
Monitor data for inconsistencies and errors
Develop and issue computer reports as requested
Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, posting notices, and retrieving and distributing mail
Perform other duties as assigned
