Requirements

  • Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics), or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance or calibration experience, preferably within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance and calibration principles and industry-standard methodologies
  • Experience working with a CMMS to plan, execute, and document work.
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and work independently on routine and intermediate technical tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with cleanroom environments, clean utilities, and basic automation or control systems
  • Experience in a radiopharmaceutical or radioligand therapy manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and intermediate calibrations on production, laboratory, and utility equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and execute repairs using established procedures
  • Support equipment start-ups, shutdowns, and minor modifications, including replacement of components such as sensors, valves, and drives
  • Accurately complete and review maintenance and calibration records within the CMMS accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to improvements in maintenance procedures and standard operating practices
  • Support investigations and corrective actions by providing technical insight and equipment data
  • Mentor junior technicians and promote strong compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Comply with and promote cGMP, GDP, EHS, and radiation safety standards in all activities
