About The Position

This role is for a Maintenance Building position where the individual must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. The job involves frequent standing and walking for up to 12 hours per shift, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching overhead, and using hands and arms to handle materials, tools, and equipment. The role requires regularly lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds independently and occasionally lifting up to 75 pounds with assistance. Additionally, the position involves pushing and pulling carts, racks, and equipment, performing repetitive motions, climbing ladders, working from elevated platforms, and maintaining visual acuity for inspection. The work environment is manufacturing-based with exposure to dust, noise, fiberglass particles, chemicals, and varying temperatures, requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The work environment typically has moderate noise levels, moderate to severe fumes/gases, and can become warm to hot. Safety glasses are required at all times in the production environment. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
