Responsible for performing all general maintenance and repair functions on facility vehicles as well as other maintenance and repairs as required within approved guidelines and as directed. Requirements

High School diploma GED required.
At least five years of work experience preferred.
Minimum of five years experience in Auto Mechanics, Building maintenance or the Constructions industry.
Must be able to read blueprints.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
Must have strong skills in Auto Mechanics, Electrical, HVAC and Building Maintenance work.
Will be required to use Microsoft Outlook 2000 and other Windows based programs.
Must be able to work in high or confined spaces.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure and technical manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
Regularly required to stand; walk, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Occasionally required to sit.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Interacts effectively with Team Members.
Performs excellent customer service at all time.
Inspects and maintains service logs for all Facility vehicles.
Sets up contracts and administering contracts with vehicle specialty service shops.
Performs light repairs as well as maintenance service on facility vehicles.
Performs light repairs as well as maintenance and repair of minor problems throughout the Casino complex as directed by immediate supervisor.
Ensures adherence to all OSHA regulations and internal safety policies and procedures.
Operates company vehicles as required.
Conducts preventative maintenance on all equipment as assigned.
Supports other Maintenance Engineers and the Facility department as needed.
Performs any reasonable request made by management.
Maintains a consistent, regular attendance record.
