Requirements

Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours
Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character
Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in areas where required
Ability to work in hot, wet and/or cold environment
Ability to stand up to 8 hours
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Previous experience in landscaping a plus

Responsibilities

Ensure grounds/yard surrounding facility are well maintained
Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, planting, weeding, fertilizing, pruning etc to ensure plants, shrubs and trees remain healthy
Perform minor facility exterior maintenance such as sweeping/clearing sidewalks, painting, lightbulb replacement and/or other minor structural repairs etc.
Assist others when requested in the repair and maintenance of grounds and facility
Work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations
Other duties as assigned
