About The Position

We are a group of passionate people in the business of managing incredible communities, known as the GO Team! This role involves ensuring apartment homes are ready for new residents, maintaining the community's appearance, and assisting with work orders in occupied units.

Requirements

• Passionate about providing exceptional service and willing to learn maintenance in a residential setting.
• Drive, excellent communication, and willingness to get your hands dirty.
• Belief that the details matter and if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right.
• Flexibility and enjoyment of learning new things and rolling with changes.
• Availability for a flexible work week, including some weekend coverage.
• Dependable, safety conscious, and general maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready checklists to ensure all apartment homes are ready for the new resident(s) resulting in a 5-star Google review.
• Help keeping our communities �picture perfect� by performing basic grounds maintenance, including landscaping, trash and debris pickup, weeding, mulching, and light seasonal snow removal (stocking cap included).
• Partnering with Service Technician(s) to complete work orders in occupied apartment homes.
