Requirements
- Two years of experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Interested in learning and growing their skill set.
- Reliable transportation.
- Some experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders.
- Provide maintenance services to the community.
- Represent the company's operating principles and help create a positive experience for residents.
