About The Position
Watermark Retirement Communities is hiring a Maintenance Associate & Grounds Keeper to provide maintenance services in a senior living community. The role offers the opportunity to support residents, contribute to the community’s operations, and build meaningful relationships with residents. Candidates should have a passion for working with seniors and experience as a maintenance associate.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Able to complete work orders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Interested in learning and growing your skill set.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Some experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing is needed.
- Passion for working with seniors.
