About The Position

Milestone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform general maintenance and help maintain the building and grounds. The role includes preparing resident rooms for new occupants, conducting daily inspections, and assisting with the preventative maintenance program. The listed pay rate is $25.00 per hour. Some benefits are dependent on full-time employment status.

Requirements

• Experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and AC repairs, among other maintenance work.
• Experience with general upkeep of a commercial building.

Nice To Haves

• Vocational training in a skilled trade or other relevant training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance work on a daily basis.
• Prepare resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets, and performing general maintenance.
• Conduct daily inspections of the building interior, exterior, and ground equipment.
• Assist with the preventative maintenance program.
